Note: the sauna dome with Biomat is what many people use for the entire 65 hours. For those that have the budget and want a super high intense sauna that can be used in conjunction, the Saunacore 11 heater sauna delivers the most isolate far infrared as it has a cooling system built in the sauna. These are expensive and I strongly recommend this as a sauna for those in dire situations. (I don't recommend doing lipolysis on a daily basis with the cooling system unless it is needed. Full spectrum sessions are more for daily maintenance. (If you are in a big city, and you only want a detox sauna until you don't need it anymore, the Saunacore is easy to sell as used.
